Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth running of our business and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Here's how it works: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the fee total to the cost of your session. How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by email or through our online booking system. Discovery Calls: A total of two (2) complimentary discovery calls are allowed per interested client. Failure to attend or properly adhere to Cancellation/Rescheduling policy, will prohibit said party from engaging participating in future discovery calls. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. By adhering to these guidelines, you help us provide better service to all our clients.
