For more than 16 years, I’ve worked across HR, sales, operations, compliance, leadership, and organizational design for institutions including NYU, Columbia University, Oaktree Capital Management, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, multimillion-dollar companies, and international billion-dollar firms.
My work has never been limited to giving advice.
I redesign how businesses operate.
At Good Shepherd Services, I rebuilt the operational backbone of a youth employment program spanning 14 schools and up to 1,800 interns annually—centralizing fragmented hiring, payroll, onboarding, and compliance into one scalable system.
At ChapCare, I helped stabilize severe staffing shortages by restaffing 47% of the organization and transforming onboarding from a one-day orientation into a structured two-week process.
At Oaktree Capital Management, I redesigned onboarding across the United States, Europe, and Asia—creating a global framework that reduced operational friction while balancing compliance, culture, and execution.
I’ve also worked closely with founder-led businesses where the owner becomes the CEO, operations department, HR department, problem-solver, and final decision-maker for nearly everything.
