1. Coaching Services

• Description: We offer personalized coaching services tailored to your individual needs and goals.

• Scope: Coaching sessions may include one-on-one meetings, group sessions, workshops, or other forms of communication as agreed upon between you and the Coach/Pep Talk with Pepz, LLC.

• Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for actively participating in coaching sessions, completing assigned tasks, and communicating openly and honestly with the Coach/Pep Talk with Pepz, LLC.

2. Payment and Fees

• Fees: The fees for coaching services will be as agreed upon between you and the Coach.

• Payment: Payment for coaching services is due in advance of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Confidentiality

• Privacy: We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law.

• Exceptions: Confidentiality may be waived in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

4. Termination

• Termination: Either party may terminate coaching services at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party, so long as it abides to purchased program agreement/contract.

• Refunds: Refunds for unused coaching sessions will be provided on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Coach.

5. Disclaimer

• Limitation of Liability: Our coaching services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of coaching sessions or the achievement of your goals.

• Professional Advice: Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice or therapy. We recommend consulting with appropriate professionals for legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.

6. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

• Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• Notification: We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms by email or by posting a notice on our website.
